Who we are
Our name — Khutut Alamal, "lines of work" — reflects how we see our role: drawing the connecting lines between an idea, a space, and the experience that brings it to life. We operate under the name Worklines, and are registered in Riyadh as a Limited Liability Company under the Saudi commercial registry system, with our official address in Al Taawun District, Al Abbas Ibn Abdul Mutalib.
Since 2019, our Clear Hub venue has hosted hundreds of talks, workshops, and experiences across themes like employee wellbeing, leadership, communication, marketing, and creativity. That track record sits alongside our core work as Worklines, applying the same thinking to physical space — helping businesses activate restaurants, cafés, hotels, workspaces, and retail destinations. Clear Hub is the one dedicated brand we run, packaging our content and speaker network into corporate experiences for companies and government organisations.
Our commercial registration also covers property leasing and management, general construction and renovation for non-residential buildings, and administrative office services — the practical capabilities behind building and operating the spaces we run.
