How we handle your information
This policy explains what personal data Worklines ("we", "us") — the trading name of Khutut Alamal Company For business incubators and accelerators, with Clear Hub as our one brand — collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have — whether you're visiting our website, attending a Clear Hub event, engaging us for a space activation project, or working with us as a tenant or client.

01 Who this policy covers
This policy applies to anyone who interacts with Worklines (Khutut Alamal Company For business incubators and accelerators): website visitors, Clear Hub event attendees and speakers, businesses engaging us for space activation projects, tenants or clients of our managed spaces, corporate clients, and job applicants. We process personal data in line with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its implementing regulations.
02 Information we collect
We collect information in three ways: what you give us directly, what we collect automatically, and what we receive from third parties.
- Provided by you — name, national ID or Iqama number, contact details, business or CR information, application and pitch materials, payment and billing details, and any information you submit through forms, email, or in person.
- Collected automatically — device and browser type, IP address, pages visited, and usage patterns when you use our website, captured through cookies and similar technologies.
- From third parties — information from partners, co-investors, event organisers, or public commercial registries, where relevant to a programme, lease, or event you're involved in.
03 How we use it
- To deliver Clear Hub corporate experiences, talks, and public events, including booking speakers and managing attendee registration
- To scope, propose, and deliver our space activation, strategy, and implementation projects
- To administer leases, workspace access, and property management services
- To communicate with you about your booking, engagement, tenancy, or project
- To meet legal, tax, and commercial registration obligations in Saudi Arabia
- To improve our website, services, and programme design
We do not use your personal data for purposes unrelated to these without asking for your consent first, unless the law requires or permits otherwise.
06 Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, including to meet legal, accounting, or regulatory retention requirements under Saudi law. When it's no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
07 Security
We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No system is completely secure, and we work to continually review and improve these measures.
08 Your rights
Under the PDPL, you may have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, request access to or a copy of it, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion where applicable, and withdraw consent you previously gave. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
09 Children's privacy
Our services are directed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
