Terms & Conditions

The terms behind working with us

These terms govern your use of the Worklines ("we", "us") website — Worklines being the trading name of Khutut Alamal Company For business incubators and accelerators — and your participation in our space activation services and our Clear Hub corporate experiences and events. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

01 Acceptance of terms

By accessing our website, submitting an application, signing a lease, registering for an event, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you're accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

02 Our services

Worklines is the trading name of Khutut Alamal Company For business incubators and accelerators, a Saudi limited liability company (CR 1010519409) providing space strategy and activation services to businesses with physical premises, together with Clear Hub, our one dedicated brand designing and delivering corporate experiences, talks, and public events. Our commercial registration also covers property leasing and management, general construction and renovation of non-residential buildings, administrative office services, and the organisation of trade fairs, conferences, and entertainment events.

03 Clear Hub experiences & events

Booking a Clear Hub talk, workshop, or corporate experience is subject to a separate booking or engagement agreement covering scope, speakers, scheduling, and fees. Where a separate agreement is signed, its specific terms take priority over these general terms on any point of conflict. Public event tickets and registrations are subject to the terms shown at the time of booking.

04 Leasing & space activation

Space activation engagements — space assessment, activation strategy, and implementation support — are subject to a separate project or services agreement covering scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. Use of our own managed workspaces, offices, or event facilities is subject to the applicable lease, licence, or booking agreement, including any house rules covering access, conduct, and use of shared facilities. We may carry out construction, renovation, or maintenance work on our premises and will give reasonable notice where this affects your use of the space.

05 Applications & accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of information you submit to us, whether in a programme application, lease application, or event registration, and for keeping any account credentials secure. We may verify submitted information, including against public commercial registries.

06 Fees & payment

Where a service involves a fee — programme participation, workspace rent, or event booking — the applicable amount, currency, and payment schedule will be set out in the relevant agreement or invoice. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in that agreement or as required by law.

07 Intellectual property

Our website content, branding, and materials are owned by Khutut Alamal Company For business incubators and accelerators or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. You retain ownership of your own business ideas, products, and materials; we do not claim ownership of a member company's intellectual property by virtue of programme participation, unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise.

08 Confidentiality

Where you share confidential business information with us as part of an application or programme, we'll treat it as confidential and use it only for the purposes of evaluating and delivering our services, except where disclosure is required by law or you've agreed otherwise.

09 Acceptable use

10 Liability

We provide our website and services on an as-is basis and do not guarantee any particular business outcome from participation in our programmes. To the extent permitted by Saudi law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of our website or services is limited to direct damages and excludes indirect or consequential loss.

11 Termination

We may suspend or end your access to our website, a programme, a lease, or an event booking if you breach these terms or any applicable agreement, subject to any notice period set out in that agreement. You may end your participation in a programme or terminate a lease in accordance with its terms.

12 Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

13 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised terms. We'll post the current version here with the date it was last updated.
